Jesper Trolle

LinkedInJesper is a vastly accomplished entrepreneurial channel business leader who joined Exclusive Networks as Chief Executive Officer in September 2020.
His in-depth knowledge of cyber ecosystems and business acumen were instrumental in the company’s successful IPO, valued at nearly €1.8 billion, in September 2021. In almost 4 years under his leadership, the company’s sales have almost doubled, topping the symbolic 5-billion-euro mark in 2024.
Since starting out in his native Denmark building successful reseller and distribution businesses, Jesper has amassed almost three decades of executive experience and worked around the world at the head of multi-billion-dollar VAD organizations. Prior to joining Exclusive Networks, Jesper was President of the Americas for ECS Arrow.
He holds an MBA from the Henley Business School.
Sergio Amodeo
Chief Financial Officer
LinkedInSergio is an accomplished finance executive with a distinguished international career spanning global organizations and high-growth, private equity-backed environments.
He joined Exclusive Networks in June 2026 as Group Chief Financial Officer from Nexture, where he served as Group CFO and Board Member. Previously, he held Group CFO positions at Radisson Hospitality and TeamSystem, and earlier finance leadership roles at Danone and Procter & Gamble.
Laurence Galland

She creates business value from HR through the application of data-driven strategies and supporting Exclusive’s agile, inclusive and unique business culture: L’Esprit Exclusive.
Paul Eccleston
Chief Business Innovation Officer
LinkedInPaul joined Exclusive Networks in 2022 with a proven track record in building and scaling successful channel organisations, driving innovation and accelerating growth, especially around cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS and cloud technologies.
Through his career Paul has amassed a wealth of channel knowledge and experience having held executive leadership roles at Computacenter, SCC and TechData. He founded Nuvias in 2015, scaling it to a multi hundred-million-dollar business across EMEA in just 5 years.
Justain Bracken
Value Creation Officer
Justain Bracken has over 28 years of global executive and investment experience in Technology, Value Creation, Strategy, and Digital Transformation. He joined Exclusive Networks in April 2025 as Value Creation Officer.
Previously, he served as Executive Director for Technology, Digital, and Innovation at ADQ, and Chief Performance Officer at Nokia. Prior to this he was Senior Partner at KPMG China, where he was Head of Digitalisation China, and Head of Strategy and Deal Strategy Hong Kong. He has also held leadership roles at AB Bernstein, Canada Pension Plan, Smiths Group, BCG, and NASA where he received NASAs exceptional achievement award.
Justain holds a Masters in Astrophysics from University of Wales Cardiff, receiving the Welsh scientist of the year award, and a D.Phil in Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Planetary Physics from Oxford.
Roman Tuma
Chief Revenue Officer
Roman Tuma is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and business transformation. As Chief Revenue Officer at NetWitness and Checkmarx, and previously Vice President at IBM, he led significant expansions in cloud integration and security across Asia Pacific.
Roman’s leadership was pivotal in transforming IBM Security, achieving notable headcount and revenue growth. Known for his strategic vision and ability to build high-performing teams, he excels in optimizing sales processes and developing innovative go-to-market strategies.
With a strong foundation from his early career in technology startups, Roman’s approach is defined by collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and fostering talent. He holds a Higher Double Diploma in Electronic Engineering from the National Technology Institute in Prague.
